I absolutely loved the hotel's beautiful European architecture and grand interiors. The decoration was exquisite and added a touch of elegance to the entire place. The general areas, such as the lobby and hall, were very well-maintained and created a welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always ready to assist me with my needs, whether it was helping me navigate the hotel or providing a comfortable seating area.

I would have asked for more senior-friendly activities or amenities. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or a dedicated relaxation area where senior guests can unwind and enjoy some peaceful time.

During my recent stay at Pllazio, I had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and had a nice shower with great toiletries. I was impressed by the housekeeping staff's attention to detail, providing dental kits, shaving kits, and other amenities. Additionally, witnessing traditional weddings at the hotel yard added a unique touch to my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and cultural experiences.

overall the service was impeccable. the room was neat and new-fashioned, included a couch and an iron. all the staff was incredibly nice and we had a quick check in. location: the hotel was near leisure valley, kingdom of dreams and sec 29 market, a taxi and nice restaurants and bars.

This hotel is reasonably spacious with gentle and genuinely friendly staff and excellent food. The a double room is nicely decorated with ample space and separate beds, for example. The property met expectations, we would stay here again.

Easy and decent location, walking distance to everywhere. Easy reach of the train station, 15 minutes on foot.

As a business traveler, I loved the convenient location near Huda City Center metro station. The size of the rooms and the comfortable furniture were perfect for relaxation and work. The hotel provided excellent amenities such as free WiFi, a tea kettle with a variety of tea options, a minibar, and toiletries. The staff was friendly, prompt, and well-trained, making the service exceptional. The outdoor swimming pool, gym, and spa on the 5th floor offered a great way to relax after a long day.

It felt like a home away from home, with no reason to complain.
